How We Work…

At the Jessamine Place, we take it personally. There is no ‘cookie-cutter’ method that can be applied to fit the needs of every person.  We are guided by the preference and choices made by the individual seeking services.  We listen carefully to detect needs and desires so an individualized program of supports can be established.  And more importantly, when needs change, we are actively willing to make the necessary adjustments for individuals.  We will ‘try another way’. Being responsive to the needs of individuals is something we pride ourselves in doing and consider to be one of our greatest strengths.
